Merusaka Nusa Dua : Experience life in a village

Karogaul.com - The architects of MERUSAKA Nusa Dua created a unique project inspired by the Penglipuran Village, a traditional Balinese countryside village. ‘The Village’ consists of 19 villas, all with private access to the 130-metre-long river-style pool.

Each villa has its portion of the river pool separated by walls, so guests can have some privacy.

The design of the rest of the complex is also worth noticing, as it represents a part of the Balinese culture and mythology. Look carefully and you will be able to find signs of several Balinese goddesses such as Rukmini (Goddess of Beauty and Grace) or Saraswati (Goddess of Knowledge, Art, Spirituality and Music).
